We consult and coach companies of all sizes on the topics of innovation transformation (digitalisation, agility), digital product delivery, enterprise architecture and business intelligence and found startups with the experience gained from consulting, coaching and research.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Strategic and financial responsibility for our revenue streams (consulting, coaching, startups)
New and further development of our product and startup portfolio
Investor relations & fundraising
Startup spin-off after successful initial product market entrance
Establishing PMO practices & project controlling
Long-term scaling of our company and setup of three departments in the next 24 months
Sales & Customer Success Management
Business Development & Growth
Marketing & Public Relations
Disciplinary people leadership of 5 employees
 

Requirements

master’s degree and 3-5 years of professional experience or bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of professional experience in any subject
professional experience in a consulting firm, agency or startup
strong project management and communication skills

Career Paths
